With over 16 years of experience in sports and remedial therapy and 10 years in clinical education Lauren is a big believer in treating the cause not the symptoms.
Sports and remedial therapy is a client centered approach using different treatment modalities to ensure optimal results. Lauren prides herself in providing solutions to musculoskeletal dysfunction, chronic pain, headaches, back ache and sporting injuries in a home based private clinic.
